Default right eye non stop throb

My right for the last few days has non stop pulse sensastion .. can even feel it when sleeping. Anyone have a clue what this may be? I do have alot of muscle twitching in right arm since neck surgery but my eye is not painful just very annoying. Thanks!!

I have had eye pain at night. Could it be Dry Eye? Try some moisturizing drops (not redness remover) during the night. You should know very soon if that's it.

Thanks I researched online actually bought some yesterday after work still there today ....feels like heartbeat behind the eyeball ---its constant--online said could be blood pressure....all kinds of things but I will give it a few more days if not after holiday call eye dr ---I appreciate your response
