Default Black spot on hand?

Just was curious if anybody had ever had the black spots on their hands that are a symptom of TOS? About 3 weeks ago I noticed a black spot on the top of my right hand (worse TOS side). I assumed I had bruised it, but it is not going away. Very small size and kinda triangular. Just curious what this might be.

Yes, it can be a symptom of arterial TOS and a sign that your hand is literally dying if it is what it sounds like... you need to get to a doctor ASAP because that cannot be ignored. It's called an infarct. If it were me, I'd probably go to the ER because I am unsure how urgent that symptom is.
