last night I woke up not being able to breathe AT ALL
I think I slept on my tos area strangely but the event was so traumatizing, i dont know what position caused it...it was clearly on my left side, so either i was sleeping on my left side and compressing my left tos (maybe pressing too much on pec minor and blood backing up, if that's possible) or sleeping on my right side and and stretching my tos (collarbone and first rib hitting each other since my scalenes arent bad???) I could put my hands around my scm and collarbone and rib on my left side The whole area felt tight and swollen but as soon as I started to massage it it went away. my fingers werent tingling tho!! i just felt like i was choking to death. any guesses? im sure you guys have experienced this far more than me what worries me is my first rib doesnt even feel elevated today.
