Default How to Start Edgelow?

I bumped up the Edgelow thread but I remember pictures drawn out with the swiss ball on how to do things. Does anyone know where that is?

How do you get the kit or information to take to my therapist to try to start it?

I don't remember seeing pictures drawn out. The only picture I remember seeing is a stick figure version of this:
