Did they give you a plan to follow for self care back home, or to take to a local PT?

he also taught me exercise that will help me strengthen the weak muscles in my neck.
So it sounds like he was given a self care program.

Now the question is, what were the exercises?

Did you have a link for the self help tips? I see the article at http://teamdoctorsblog.com/2012/08/0...-dc-chapter-1/
...but at the end it says:
Quote:
Chapter X – Self Help Treatment For Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
This chapter includes the self-help tips, which incorporate diet, exercises, and tips to avoid the cause. All are listed on my blog, www.teamdoctorsblog.com.
But I haven't gotten good results with the search box on the site or even via google to find the Self Help Treatment.

Also, if I went to see him, I would be traveling out of town as well. Can you share how many days you were there and how many hours per day your were treated? I'm just trying to get a general idea.
