I used to get that symptom and also discovered over time it was related to my muscle tension, particularly the TMJ kind. I can't say which exact muscles are involved, but after getting my TMJ to come down with the Quieting Reflex by Stroebel, I hardly ever have that symptom anymore.

Default yes and no

Itching inside my ear - yes! TOS related? No. For me, it's an allergic response. I have had seasonal allergies all my life. There's a trick to scratching an itch there too .

I've been having a blocked ear feeling in one ear and some pressure/ringing. I also have some eyebrows tenderness and eyelid twitching, headaches, the whole 9 yard haha. So there are a lot of "unusual" symptoms that can be related.

This is a component of what I have been experiencing since August. It is now believed to be a recurrence of TOS in my case.

....but no itching.

Even after your surgery? Did you have bilateral cervical ribs removed or first ribs removed?

1st ribs. It is believed that the remnants of the scalenes and scarring are causing the recurrence. I will likely have supraclavicular procedures to complete the scalenectomy and clean up scarring.

It's a long story which I've detailed...see my signature
