Seen my surgeon yesterday. The left (two surgeries) side has good blood flow, but still some nerve issues. The right side has better blood flow, but certain movements still compress the flow. Some nerve issues as well. Anyway, I have had slow but continued improvements. I will continue with my PT and see how it goes, prior to having any further surgery. I will see doctor again in a few months to check progress. I have been able to do more around the house and I am learning to make the necessary modifications I need to ease any symptoms. Life has got much better since this TOS journey began 2 years ago. There is hope. I still can not do all the things that I use to do, but I am grateful for what I have now. I guess the silver lining to my journey is that I have spent the last two years building a better relationship with my teenage children, which I truly cherish. Being a police officer prior to TOS, took a lot of my family time away, so there are positives that to getting this awful syndrome.

Progress is good. Even if we don't ever return to 100%. Sometimes my wife has to remind me how bad things used to be.
Always wishing you the best of luck and continued improvement.

My wife reminds me as well. She watches me like a hawk when she is home, because she knows I tend to overdo stuff, and she tells me when to stop.

Hi I am new to the thread and did a search for the Dr I am seeing and I notice that Brmr19 had Dr Daniel Clair from Cleveland Clinic do your TOS surgery. I am scheduled to have surgery on March 20th with him and there is not very much information regarding him. In short my history is I was developed a blood clot in my right arm in July of last year, I was put on all the necessary blood thinners and such and while I was completely therapeutic on my coumadin developed another blood clot but this time in my left arm in August. Because I broke through on the coumadin the doctors (which like everyone has seen my share of vascular surgeons) will only allow me to take Lovenox shots (2x daily and have been since early August
