This video is almost an hour long, but I learned a lot from watching it. He talks about all the different steps needed to restore function in the body. Including posture, myofascial release, joint mobility, thoracic spine mobility, stretching, and getting dormant muscles to fire again. All of these things must be addressed before you do any strengthening exercises. He also points out that you should work on the entire body, since everything is connected, and should work together.
