Default Sleep help?

Hey everyone,
I was searching through the threads on the forum with not much success. I'm trying to find a sleeping position that won't make me wake up with a sore neck and headache. And maybe a pillow recommendation? I was looking at cervical rolls.
I'm a terrible stomach sleeper but i'm trying my best to switch to my side or back. Any advice is wonderful
Thanks,
-Rini
