interesting because, after some physical therapy, i feel a "kick" in my feet. it is like my nerves are stretching themselves out.
since our facia is all connected, and your entire nervous system is actually one big thing (that probably got bunched up and tight), it makes sense that perhaps i was using extra slack all the way down to my feet in order to compensate for the tension in my thoracic outlet. i mean, it is just odd how my nerves in my feet are kicking out. |

agree
If i set off one part of my body/fascia Its like a bomb Its much calmer than before Ysterday i tried to press out the awful knots in my rotator cuff muscles and actually started to feel sick. I really think for me its a combination of trauma/ hypermobility and hormones. Like my tos area is just a victim of all my hypermobility, not a cause I want to say aerobic exercise and sweating is good for trigger points
