Default Over did it again

So i was doing some spring cleaning and did way to much. Anyway, about an hour or so after I stopped, my non surgical right arm started hurting. It got so bad, I could not straighten my arm. Has anyone had it where you could not straighten your arm?

Sounds like severe ulnar [and possibly median] nerve tension. I have experienced this but not as severely as you describe.

I've only had a situation where I had trouble straightening my arm after an occasion where I really, really, really overused it. It my case it took about 4 days for me to feel like the nerves had relaxed and regain my range of motion.

Does it hurt when you bend over?

Things are finally starting to settle down. I have noticed that if I press near my tricep area just above elbow, I can help with the pain. It is not muscle pain. I also get relief when I roll my shoulder back. I will get a popping sound in shoulder area. Anyway I will take it easy for awhile. The tip of my middle finger is still numb but overall doing better. crazy stuff.

I've overdone it to the point my arm was very weak and almost unable to lift it, feeling very heavy and throbbing.
