Hi, I have thoracic outlet syndrome and havent been able to lift for some time.
When lifting heavy my scalenes (which are oversized) pinch the nerves passing through them. I've been recommended the surgery to remove the anterior and middle scalenes. It seems people in my situation recover well, but I wondered if any others who lift weights returned to lifting weights after this surgery? Thanks! |
