Default Post Surgery Pain

So here is my quick backstory, I believe this is the first time I have posted anything on here.

I had a TOS Release done in May 2012, my surgeon removed scar tissue but I did not have the rib removal. I'm currently taking a low dosage of Lyrica and I rehab almost everyday.

The good: Some of the numbness in my hand and down my arm is gone.

The bad: I still have some weakness, the area he worked on under my collarbone sometimes tightens up and burns. My hand sometimes burns as well.

To anyone that has had the surgery, have you had this tightening/burning muscle pain where tissue was removed and how long did it last? Did you ever feel like you got past it?
