Default GOOD Twitching After Therapy

Physical Therapy is now making my muscles/nerves twitch around like crazy! This is a good thing! I believe they are releasing!

My thoracic outlet was going crazy today moving around so much!

same stuff i have always done but am getting closer to the inside of my onion of many layers!
