Default Tennis Balls Along Side Spine

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

PT has me putting two tennis balls either side of my spine down my back for 30 seconds (lay on them). FEELS SO GOOD.

Starting on the bed, then will move to carpet and then hard floor eventually.

mmmmmmmm, this is what the foam roller used to feel like on my arm pits. Feels so good for those tight muscles to meet their match. heheheheh.

oh gawd, yum.
