Default Another *Good* PT Update!

Having now done a good week with laying on the tennis ball, as well as all the good rib mobilization and myofascial release that my PT has been doing on me.....well....

1. my right shoulder is really sliding back and going in to place (instead of hunched). the left just needed a little more work today and will get there I am sure. both will continue to move down as we continue I am sure. this is such good progress.

2. she said my T4 vertabrae area is really tight. interestingly, she said that is often something that affects numb pinkies (which I always get). she has no idea why, she said nothing has been proven on it, but that it is often the case. she said the rib plays a big roll, but the T4 also does.

3. she wanted another section of my spine to be able to move as it is not, and so she got the resident (and AWESOME) guy who cracks things in to the room and he did me up, hehe. very very cool how they collaborate like that. he did something to me a year ago and had not felt me in a year and he said that i have so much more motion than a year ago and that I am completely a different person really. SO...just think how I can be in yet another year?!

woot woot woot!

everyone should get on the Institute of Physcial Art website, that Marc on here was so AWE-SUM enough to lead me to, in order to get on board with GREAT Physical Therapists!

I am not out of the woods yet, my pinkies go numb as all hell and if I do too much on the computer -or- with my arms, then my eblows get such high pressure in them, BUT, there has been so much movement in all my upper body and I am changing so much up there - structurally, that I know I am on a clear path.

woot woot
