Ok,
I am going to make some calls for hotels and pick a weekend a couple months off. Are we sharing rooms? Oh how fun this will be....wine during the day...pj party and movies and pizza in the room later. Us So Cal peeps can drive or fly. I can also call Edgleow to see if maybe we can line up a couple sessions for all of us. Then maybe swing over to Dr Ellis. Then wine and food. YAY Summer TOS camp! |

I can't drink or drive. I'll sing!
And by 'de way, Johanna, you totally got the answer to Shelley's question wrong earlier. The correct response to the query "Red, or white?" is "Yes!" (And you think you're so smart...hmphh!!) I never drink unless I'm alone or with somebody. And even then only on important occasions. Like getting up in the morning. Martha I am on the plane with you, girl. We'll make the whippersnappers chauffeur us around once we get up there. I think an ABP is in order. Alison |

Alison - I think the correct answer is "yes, more please." or at least it used to be. all that aside, if i'm drinking before, oh, noon, 2 conditions must be in place: 1) it is beer, and 2). i'm fishing.

Ok did my first session with a a more senior MAT instructor here in So Cal. He and it were great. No pain I dont hurt and have some better range of motion in my affected arm and shoulder. Its very interesting science. He kept a board going the entire session and would write how things reacted and related to each other and the areas of weakness in the body. He then takes a pic of those boards every week and maps out a plan. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks Shelley |
