Default A goal reached

Well, it has been over 2 years and three surgeries, but I played a round of golf yesterday with my 18yr old son and my uncle (more of a father to me). I never thought I would enjoy playing again, but I was in complete joy. I use to play 3x a week. I am paying for it today, but it was well worth it as I felt completely alive yesterday. I thought I would be in more pain than I am experiencing so that is a plus (the 3 Long Island Ice Teas must of helped). I have a massage scheduled for monday along with a chiro visit and I am looking forward to it. I am a very goal oriented person, so to be able to reach this was great. I would see my golf clubs everyday in our breezeway and say out loud "I am going to use you soon" Yep, I talked to my clubs, but it was a way for me to stay positive through this whole ordeal.

Good job. It's always nice to see a positive post. I'm working towards some goals as well, but so far many of them have been elusive.

That is great to hear. It's always important to find something positive to keep us going and I'm glad you reached one of your goals
