Default Vegetarians + TOS

Anyone else a vegetarian? I just read that you need 250mcg of b12 in order to absorb the recommended 4mcg daily.

I take a multi-vitamin of 18mcg so I guess I am way under. I wonder how easy it is to go get a B 12 test.

I took b6 for years as well but that did nothing. I may have taken a b complex for awhile too but don't remember.

May be a smoking gun because lack of b12 means nerve problems (b12 used to make red blood cells that carry oxygen).
