Some of my early PT people mentioned I was flat across the T spine area.
I don't recall any special test or treatment at the time though.. she did show me in a mirror and compared to what a normal t spine would be.
There should be a slight outward curve in that area.

interesting! i think the flat back test is very specific to your neck? or maybe not.

i have a hump in my tspine, you can see it..its kind of gross

i wouldve bombed all of these muscle tests a year ago. im so much better

Good job. I've improved a lot myself but it's slow and it takes a lot of persistence.
