Hey thanks for all the responses. And nospasm, yes I have had all of those tests done. Emg/ncv, mri of brachial plexus and cervical spine. All pretty much inconclusive other than a herniation at c5-c6 that is slightly pressing on nerves. The doctor said this wouldn't be causing my hand symptoms because its the wrong level. I also have horrible burning pain in shoulder blade and shoulder, which i think can be attributed to the herniation or TOS. Perhaps the herniation has weakened my shoulder and is causing the TOS? Most of my hand symptoms are evoked by raising my arm or any downward traction of the shoulder. I can actually just press down on my right shoulder with my left hand and my first three fingers will spasm if i try to move them, and i get pins and get pins and needles. Also get a feeling of weakness in my hand grip and random pains in the hand/fingers.
