In addition, I have noticed a thenar shrinkage in my right hand (Doctors say that it is just a matter of asymmetry). I have already seen over 20 doctors and they say that I have nothing. In addition, all conducted exams were clean (Cervical Spine, Brain and Brachial Plexus RMI; Arms and Legs ENMG; Lombar Punction; Cervical Spine RX).
I really do not know what to do. I cannot just sit and watch thenar atrophy progressing.
Could some suggest me anything?

Ramon, I had similar symptoms. I had pain in my shoulder blade, pec, armpit and hand. I also had significant atrophy in my hypothenar region. My testing (EMG, MRI) was negative, but according to the 3 TOS doctors I saw, that is quite common in this condition. I had many positive findings on exam however and all the "right" symptoms they tell me. I elected to do the first rib resection in April because my hand was starting to waste away and was getting quite clumsy. My surgeon said I was full of scar tissue when he opened me from all the years of friction in the area. My hand feels great now!!
