Default Do RSI's have Bipolar disorder ?

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23261011 ( (goal-directed over-activity, over thinking)

Bipolar disorder or not that is the question.

Other possibilities are narcisstic personality disorder, perfectionism, and coping strategy to something.

We tend to be like our parents. I would not be surprise to find a very, very high % of psychiatric problems in the family of rsi's, particularly this types of neuroticism like histrionic, narcissitic PD, phobias.

I personaly have this problem again, i want to strive at my maximum. It suck but it pass if i'm aware of it.

"This is evidently not an easy task for individuals whose self-esteem has been strongly dependent on high achievement and appreciation from others, which may still drive them to periodic ‘‘outburst of activity’’ when feeling somewhat better" http://ppw.kuleuven.be/home/english/...et-al-2001.pdf

It's like needing a goal to strive for.
