Default Pec minor surgery

I had a right pectoralis minor tenotomy 3 weeks ago in St. Louis. I had a lot of arm pain prior to surgery especially in my forearm. My pain was constant but sometimes it was burning, other times it felt tight, and sometimes it felt like a cramp in my arm. I really never had any numbness or tingling in the fingers though. Anyways my chest doesn't feel as tight anymore but I feel like I have an increase in my forearm pain. I am wondering if anyone has had this surgery and if they had immediate relief or did it irritate the nerves for awhile. Also what type of pain meds did you take and for how long? Thanks for any input.
