Hi coop I watched one of your videos on cupping. I may buy myself a set for xmas. sometimes I just wish I had needles to stick in myself when the pain gets bad,but maybe the cups will do the trick. Do they haelp you with nerve pain? or just the muscle tightness? Thanks,jkl

Hi jkl, I think the cupping works better for tight muscles, than it does for nerve pain. A lot of times for me, the tight muscles are my biggest problem. When I first started the cupping, the marks it left were really dark purple, but they're not as bad anymore. I guess my muscles are getting healthier. Good luck with everything.
