There are also of folks needing info about TOS and if they find it via your vodeos, thats great!! Great idea for using what youre learning about TOs and what helps you to help others!!

Thanks! I'm not sure if my videos are all that helpful but hopefully a few people will get something out of them. I haven't seen much out there from a patient's perspective.

I get *really* cold hands when I exercise now. This just started happening to me over the last 6 months or so. I was thinking it was a blood flow issue....
I also sometimes get flare-ups after exercising... I think its the labored breathing / scalene involvement... I suspect the two are connected. Is cold hands a typical symptom of TOS? |

Cold hands are common with TOS. It could be vaso-spasms and not directly a vascular impingement. Cardio exercise has always made my hands warmer. Focus breathing in the diaphragm and try as much as you can to take your scalenes and neck out of the equation. Have someone work on your posture as well, because where you feel in space could be completely distorted and wrong.
I use to do cardio on the road, but now I do it on a treadmill and it's much easier to focus on positioning and breathing. Keep the videos coming Coop. I appreciate your tenacity. It's inspiring. |

My YouTube channel is going pretty good. I probably scare a lot of normal people away with all my TOS stuff but that's OK. I didn't choose TOS but I've had it for so many years, I feel like I should try and make people aware of it.

I seem to have rubbed YouTube the wrong way and now they are messing with me. I wish I knew an attorney to run this stuff by. I'm about ready to give up on this stuff. It's not fun anymore.
