I've given up Pilates since surgery. Can I ask what you like about this particular method? For me, the neck and shoulder involvement was just too hurtful. I've been able to return to swimming slowly, but didn't want to push it with Pilates. I'd love to know if you're able to do this!

No I havent tried it yet,but they do it at my PTs office. This particular kind specifically for Rehab, so I may be looking into it when I feel ready for it. Swimming is probably really good too. I am not a swimmer so more likely to try the Pilates.

I think that I may just have to pull them out and fire up the ole dvd player once son takes down tree after Christmas.
