Default Physical therapy success?

Would appreciate hearing about any effective pt practitioners or specific strategies pre-surgically.

More importantly, because I can hope but not honestly envision any more pt helping, post surgical pt and any differences between the two.

Thanks a lot! Best wishes to all.
