Default 2 years post op and feeling better

Hello everyone, sorry that I have not been on awhile, but have been very busy. First off, I started working with a local baseball organization. I am on the board of directors for this new organization that a friend has started. Second, my law enforcement career is over and I have finally accepted that, very hard to do. I can tell you that I continue to do daily therapy at home, which includes an inversion table, thanks chroma for the idea. I continue one a month with a massage with active isolation stretching. I also continue with visits to my chiropractor who uses the gonstead method (thank you Jomar). My next visit with my surgeon is in March. So far my left side (surgery side) is doing good. My right side has shown improvement with therapy and what I am doing, I continue to keep my fingers crossed. I also started taking advocare biotools that a friend started me on. It helps with inflammation in the body. I liked it so much and the other products that they sell that I became a distributor and I am making money (900.00 a month) selling the products. I don't want to use this site as a marketing tool because that is not what this site is about, but I will give my site this one time, or you can message me and I will tell you how to find another distributor. The biotools are under the well line of products. https://www.advocare.com/130948445
