Default VTOS Reoccurrence?

Hey all!
As I am currently healing up from my rib resection surgery I can't help but be a bit paranoid... Has any one with Paget Schroetter's or VTOS had the surgery and then had symptoms return on that same side? What about developing symptoms on the opposite side? I know it's silly but I'm turning every little itch into a blood clot
