I have also tried posture taping and thought it helped relieve symptoms.

My PT warned me that it wasn't something I should do alot b/c it facilitated the problem. The tape provides external support to the muscles and allows them to remain weak --- and may even allow the muscles to become weaker.

We need to strengthen the muscles so that they alone provide the postural support we need.
