Hi guys,
How long did it take you to get approved for this benefit? I just filed and they told me it could take months? What are we supposed to do for months? I'm so stressed out. |

I think most are based on how long you have not been able to work. I h ave seen it be two four or six months, depending on your policy. If that time is up, I think is usually less than a month.

My elimination period was 90 days which have already passed. I just don't understand why it would take them months to process this. You have the medical information, what else do you need months for?
