Default Fascia Gets No Respect

It took me a long time to learn about fascia and the effect it has on the entire body. Jomar has been talking about this for a long time now, but I'm finally starting to get it. Thanks Jomar. I think it's the one thing that seems to be kind of dismissed, or not addressed, by most people, doctors and therapists included.

I see more, and more, information about Thoracic Outlet Syndrome on the internet but very few people ever talk about fascia, and I think it plays a very big part in chronic pain. Loosening it up, with things like joint mobility exercises, self-myofascial release, and vacuum cupping has helped me greatly. It is a very slow process, though, and you have to be very consistent and patient. Reversing chronic pain is not easy or fast.
