So I've been in a muscle spams flare up for 2 days now. I think it happened because I cooked too much on the 31st. I was feeling better and I overdid things.
The muscles spams were everywhere. I went to see my primary care doc for a disability form and she gave me some muscle relaxants. Those made it a bit better but now I have this burning sensation all over my back and breast pain? WTH? Anyone else have breast pain from the spams? If that's what it is. |

Yes, I get it, too. Usually it's on my worst (left) side but lately I've been having it on both sides. For me, it's a burning pain.

Ah, "glad" to hear I'm not the only one. The boob pain is something new...was freaking me out a bit.

So strange...for some it started from the hands up and for others the other way around.

Breast/shoulder pain was one of the first symptoms I had before being diagnosed with TOS once the pain/numbness moved down to my hand. I tend to steal my dog's toys to use for trigger points. My favorite one to use for the chest is this one:
http://www.petsmart.com/product/inde...AvailInUS%2FNo Don't laugh, I think it works great. I put the tail end against the wall push my chest muscle (just below the shoulder joint and next to the arm pit) into the nose part. I hold onto the body of the toy and move around until I find the sore spots. I use the regular tennis type balls for all the other muscles, but find them awkward to use on the chest. |
