Default New Years Resolution-Trying new things

Well its a new year and I am determined to go back to work this year. Let me preface by saying I am about 60-70% better than I was 2.5 years ago when I first started this journey. I had stopped doing most strengthneing and stretching because it would make my flare-ups worse. I have lately just using the soft roller and pinky ball on a stick for rib mobilization.

I am trying 4 new things:

!. Aquatherapy-first day was today. pretty gentle stregthtnening in a warm pool

2.Prolozone injections-Jan 30-Ozone Gas injections-A little scared about this-but I trust my doc who has been giving me TRP injections.

3. Frequency Specific Microcurrent.

-havent made this appt yet-its expensive but they do it at the place I do pool therapy. I'm going to check with my acupuncturist first and see wether he thinks it is any better than the regular tens or electrodes that i've had before.

4. Stott Pilates -http://www.merrithew.com/docs/pdfs/download-a-brochure-on-the-stott-pilates-five-basic-principles.pdf?sfvrsn=2.
i had found this awhile ago and never really tried it until another forum member recently told me they like it and it has helped them.

Also, back down to my PT Art Ando to get my ribs adjusted. Its been almost a year since I have seen him!

I'll keep you posted
