Default Scap depression exercise

Thought I would share this:

http://youtu.be/DYNO_f7JENg

The "w" shape seems to engage muscles in the side of the neck, but not scalenes as much. It also feels like something new is working in my back. The t and y not so much.

One of my core sets of exercises without a doubt.

I use 3 and 5 lb dumbells and hold the position for 30-45 seconds.

Definitely a great exercise for TOS people (and people in general).

Somebody mentioned in another thread somewhere...Foundation Training.

There's one particular exercise that is essentially this same movement but with some added twists.

There's also many other exercises that would seem beneficial to TOSers.

I'm looking into giving this a shot.
