Default NTOS 4 month post op

I have developed a line that runs next to my neck scar. It looks like a crease in my skin at first, then I looked at it closely and it looks like a vein or artery and is very, very tender to touch. Pain in the area has gotten worse. It has been there since Friday and the line has gotten longer.
Anyone else had this?

I do have a call into Dr. Thompson's office. So hopefully I will hear back soon!
