Hello everyone, I have not been on in sometime. I had a check up last week with my surgeon and wanted to give some people some hope. Well, I can tell you that I have seen improvements overtime. I continue to do my home therapy exercises and I have found myself able to do more all the time. Yes, I still overdo some days, but the pain is no longer an issue for me. I will still get spasms and loss of grip strength, but hey I knew it would not be a 100% recovery. I have never had surgery on my right side, and still have compression at 100 degree, but we decided to continue without going under the knife again. I am enjoying life again!!! Yes, I can not do all the things that I use to do, but I have found new hobbies. I have dropped the 30lbs that I had gained from sitting around and I am now helping other get healthy!! People please do not give up, it has actually been a blessing that this all happened to me.. It forced me to retire from law enforcement, but I gained the time with my children that I really built a great relationship with over the two years.
