I probably work out in the gym three times per week. In between sets, I'll do one of the foundation training exercises. That probably equates to 8-10 exercises per workout, maybe 15 total minutes.

I also try and do a full foundation training workout once per week. This is usually a 30-45 minute workout.

No adjustments to any exercise.

There's no doubt in my mind that this has helped me stand up straighter and created better posture. My body is in a better position now to deal with everyday life and my "unique" anatomy.
