Default 6 weeks post op - Increased pain below collarbone

I'm getting better week to week but the last couple of days the pain right below my collarbone has gotten worse - sharp, burning, shooting type of pain. I started PT two and a half weeks ago, which is going very well. Is the pain underneath the collarbone to be expected as the numbness wears off? Is this a normal sign of recovery? Also my hand is still red/bluish. My surgery was performed on 3/24.
Another worrisome symptom is spams/twitches above my eye on the affected side. Any info or tips to speed up recovery time would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Rich
