Thats good news--glad you are doing better already! Did you have any lumbar disc/low back/leg nerve problems otherwise? Why would the hip flexor get better that quickly from this kind of surgery?

I did some exercises to strengthen the hip flexors before surgery, and the botox made we need stronger hip flexors to walk, so getting the botox sort of prepared my body for how it would function post surgery I think.

My hips hurt and were out of alignment, they were pulled out by my shoulders I think, but post surgery 18 days they seem to be hurting less, I think they are resolving the issue themselves now. Remember, our bodies are designed to heal themselves.
