Unhappy feel like giving up

I just want to be better..I wanna be able to drive, jump run, pick up my niece, I cant even play a simple video game with my nephew now cause my fingers aren't doing what they are supposed to do. I know there arw people worse then me, and might I say im so so sorry you go through something worse then my pain.
my pain has gotten worse, its not only in my shoulder, it is now in my neck and my back now. I cant take anymore.
im only 21 im supposed to be healthy and daring.
Its so hard.
