do you guys think this could be caused by tight muscles? or any ideas? thank you!

Was just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and the doctor has ordered a sleep study as sleep apnea can be associated with Fibro and pain at night while sleeping......I don't snore and only slight overweight & don't wake up gasping. He did say though I need to do it just as to rule it out.

He did say my Fibro is a result of nerve damage done when I had surgeries for TOS almost 4 years ago......I have had ongoing problems since.
