We really should try to be good and do fruits and veggies.
You know, equal time for each part of the food pyramid

At risk of getting fired....... what about watermelon? Hot and humid summertime down here. of course, you have to save room for something from the ice cream man (creamsicle? )

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Spoon over rhubarb layer. Bake at 350 degrees until cake tests done, about 1 hour. Let cake set in pan before serving. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream. http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,186,1...248203,00.html ************************************************** ** or RHUBARB UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 5 c. diced rhubarb 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. sugar 1 c. miniature marshmallows Grease 13"x9" pan and place rhubarb, dry Jello, sugar and marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.
