Default Venous TOS 6 years after first rib resection

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has faced a similar situation and has any useful advice for me.
Had arterial and neurogenic TOS back in 2008 and had my first rib removed with good results in terms of blood supply, although I subsequently developed chronic neuropathic pain probably secondary to scar tissue. I've now had a venogram which shows subclavian vein narrowing...and am waiting for more tests to check the arterial supply as I've had a few episodes where I've lost my pulse in the arm again. If it's just the vein that's the problem, the vascular surgeons have discussed a surgical procedure called jugular vein turndown...
Everything I can find online talks about first rib removal for venous TOS but I've already had that done so want to know what my options are now...anyone else faced the same situation?
Thanks for any info
Jenny
