Default Vision problems. Blood clot?

About two weeks on after a bad TOS episode. Blurry trying to read and at times right eye is very obscured. Is there some kind of test I should go do for an acute blood flow problem? Is there a way to tell if it's a muscular or nerve thing? Muscles are kind of tight but nowhere near as bad as it could be.
