A quick update after 2 years.
I am doing fairly well, continuing to improve slowly.
Back to full time computer work.

As long as I don't forget to take breaks and do my exercises and stretches, the pain stays at the level where I can ignore it. Though I am never really pain free - there is always a feeling of discomfort in my neck/upper trap area.

Don't know if I ever get back to 100%, but I am pretty happy withmy improvement so far.

Just checking in for a quick update after 3 years.
Overall, I am doing good. Not huge improvement over the last year, but I noticed that I can now skip my stretching routine every now and then without much problem.
Still continue my daily exercise though including running/walking daily.
Resumed some old hobbies: cooking, playing guitar, woodworking.
Still can't do bicycling without flaring things up.

The permanent discomfort in my neck/upper trap is not going away so I just live with it.

A quick four year update.
Was doing pretty good with full-time computer work, although no improvement from a year ago.
Last month started a new job. Longer hours, longer commute, more stress.
Having a relapse now. Not nearly as bad as four years ago. Back to Edgelow exercises trying to bring it under control...
