Default ergonomic keyboards

I am starting to have a lot of pain when I am working or playing on the computer, about 75% of my job is on the computer and I am starting to get a lot of pain in my shoulders and my TOS is flaring up due to the computer work.

has anyone tried any ergonomic keyboards and had any luck?

I saw one in an add on TV where the keyboard was actually part of the chair and to either side of the man's legs. I think this might be a good keyboard for me. Has anyone tried a keyboard like this?

the keyboard is just one part of the ergonomic puzzle- the whole work area - monitor height/angle, desk top height, chair - all need to be set up as best you can for your use.

I found this site long ago and thought it was very informative-

and more links-

nice check list-

I had to stop all extra activities that aggravated my symptoms.. and still had to stop working when it was decided that PT was not able to off set the continued damage of working.. even when on light duty.. (4-10 hr days).

I switched to a stand-up desk and find that it is easier on the shoulders.
Not that it makes shoulder pain go away, but at least I can work for 2-3 hours a day.
