Default For those interested in filing a W.C. fraud claim...

In a previous post I spoke about filing a fraud claim against a Q.M.E. Dr. who claimed to have spent 2 hours face to face time with me in addition to an amount of time he listed for reading files and writing the report, when in fact, he only spent 30 minutes with face to face time with me.

I was asked where to file the claim in CA. This is the address.

www.dir.ca.gov/dwc

then scroll down to the last bullet on the page and you will see where it says in bold print to go to file a claim.

Every state has a W.C. site like this, so I am sure that you will be able to do the same in your state, just do a search under workman's compensation and a site will pop up.
