Default Duplex results

Is a change in the vein from 96 to 6 a significant venous problem on a doppler test? I just noticed this from something done a while back.

Oddly, the artery was almost normal on the test, but a CAT scan shows it is mildly to moderately compressed in normal position. Could these tests reflect how I am feeling that day, where if I were more flared up the results would have been different?

I have symptoms like tinnutus, nausea, dizziness, double vision and floaters, and bruit. But nothing showed up with the vertebral artery cat scan of the neck. Should I try it on a day when my neck is tighter? I want proof of what's happening...
